Why Training is important

THE Best Players Do it

Playing is the fun part, and it matters, but it’s not the real work that it takes to be great.

You need the Reps

In a game, you might get 5-10 shots. In training, you can get 100 times more. Reps matter.

DAILY

Once a week isn’t enough. Ask our athletes. It’s multiple times a day every day to see true growth.

I Don’t Have Time

Make time. If it’s important to you, you’ll figure it out. If it’s not, playing time/scholarships will be hard to come by.

Don’t waste your time

Work is good. Working hard is better. Only the 1% work smart. That’s where we come in.

Have Fun

It’s a game. It’s supposed to be fun. if it’s not fun, do something else. If you’re not getting better, the fun won’t last long.
