Weekly Plan
Description
$900/week
- 1000 shots per day Minimum
- Skill Workouts Intense and Detailed
- Strength and Conditioning incl. Vertimax
- Transportation To and from airport and workouts
- College Players in workouts
- Proper nutrition per athlete
- Recovery Boots Normatec
- Film breakdown
- Housing
- Basketball Recruiting Course Included
